Before you pick a package
The questions we're asked most often about pricing, timing, and what suits whom. Anything else, message us on WhatsApp.
Ask a question
Which package is best for a first-timer?
Temple Coral Garden or Coral Garden. Both sit in calm, shallow water with almost no current, and the reef starts a few meters from the boat. If you've never worn a mask, add the First-Timer Lesson the day before.
Do you offer child or group discounts?
Children 8–12 pay half price on all shallow-reef tours. Groups of four or more get 10% off automatically, and the Three-Day Reef Pass already saves $118 per person against booking each tour separately.
When do I pay?
On the beach, before we board — cash in IDR or USD, or a card via our reader. No deposit is required to reserve a spot, and nothing is charged if you cancel.
What's your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation or rescheduling up to 48 hours before departure. If we call off a trip for weather or sea conditions, you choose between a new date or a full refund.
What's the best time of year to book?
Amed snorkels well year-round. April to November brings the calmest water and 20–30 m visibility; December to March is still good in the mornings, with occasional afternoon swell.
Can I combine two packages in one day?
Yes — a morning reef tour plus an afternoon site is a common request, and we discount the second trip by 20%. Tell us when you book so we can plan the boat and your rest window.
